Hi, I am Jimmy Loa II.

I got into photography several years ago when I started doing photo journalism in middle school as the yearbook photographer and editor. When I went to college at Prairie View A&M University, my love photography evolved. From taking random photos around campus, pictures of sororities and fraternities landed me a job with the schools news paper The Panther. While winning numerous photographs of the week submissions among my peers. I was able to win Best Photographer for 2014 at Prairie View A&M as a freshman in college. Winning, allowed me to take my love for and passion for photography more serious from just a hobby to a business.

I have a love + passion for photography and capturing beautiful, memorable moments, but even more so I have a love for people. Photography has led me to meet SO many people that I wouldn't have ever of met otherwise. I firmly believe in building relationships with my clients before they even step in front of the camera. This is really important to me, because I want to be able to genuinely capture you + your loved ones in the best way I know how. I am based in the greater Houston, Texas area and also LOVE to travel & will hop on a plane anytime to come photograph you.

“We have always had the best experience with Jimmy! He has successfully executed many projects within our life including my collegiate dance team photos, our graduation photos, and recently, our wedding ceremony and reception photos. You can count on him to arrive at the site early, professional, and focused. Jimmy makes us feel comfortable, letting our best natural expressions shine through. We cannot imagine anyone else doing a better job! He is very creative with incorporating his concepts and meshing them with our ideas, especially important details preferred in our poses. We cannot wait to do more projects with Jimmy, and we would 100% recommend him to anyone!” – Stephen & Carmen Woods
